Orders Ship From Our Retail Store in NJ. Returns and refunds are subject to review before approval. Please read below for details
Shipping: Most orders ship same day if placed before 2pm. Shipping does not occur on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays. You will receive tracking when your shipping label is printed. Please allow 24hrs before updates are made as to the status of a shipped order.
* Small orders under 30lbs ship via USPS, While Large orders of 40lbs plus ship via UPS. All shipments are insured to the value of the order, and proof of delivery will be obtained for all orders to avoid disputes of receipt.
*Returns and swapped items will be approved for orders that deliver damaged, or opened by any person other than the buyer. Example: ups opened your shipment and its contents. Contact us via info@feelingfabulouscosmetics.com with pictures and explain what happened and we will issue a return label, once contents are received back to us we will reship your order.
*Refunds will not be given for any used product whatsoever. Only Unopened unused product orders can request a refund within 5 days of receiving the order. We will not honor refunds past 5 days.

If a refund is needed please do the following.
*email us your order number and reason for refund or return, provide pictures of the product and the packaging as it was received within 5 days of receipt.
*Let us know if you would like a replacement or just a refund .
*place items back into the package it arrived and use the postage stamp we emailed to you in our reply when we approved your refund .
